Tender Details

The Tenderer wishes to conduct a negotiated public procurement procedure in 3 parts, as a result of which it wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one tenderer per part. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months from the date of entry into force, with a further extension of a maximum of 12 monthswith the possibility of

The tenderer provides the possibility of making a partial offer according to the following parts:

I. part: Budapest and its catchment area

II. part: Western Hungary

III. part: Central and Eastern Hungary

Based on the concluded framework agreement, the Public Procurement Act Section 105 (1)according to point a) of paragraph, it takes place through direct orders (framework contracts). The temporal validity of framework agreements is 1 (one) year, with the exception of Framework Agreements concluded during the extended term of the Framework Agreement, which may be concluded for a maximum period of 12 months. Bidder aApprox. Pursuant to § 104, paragraph (7), he is not obliged to carry out the procurement on the basis of the Framework Agreement.

The winning Bidder's task (with regard to a given part) is the various cleaning and - in the event of infection or epidemic - disinfection of railway passenger vehicles participating in public transport (I. in part: Budapest and its catchment area: at 13 cleaning sites; II. part: Western Hungary: at 29 cleaning sites; III. part: Central and Eastern Hungary: at 33 cleaning sites) in compliance with and fulfillment of the provisions of the Public Procurement Documents, in the following quantities:
