Cleaning planner * When an RFI (Request for Information) is used, all questions relating to the annexes must be collected under the category Information questions. The suppliers must only answer questions that are relevant to the RFI and the market dialogue - not all questions which will later be included in the competition. The categories Prices and costs, Response annex 2 and Climate and environment shall not be used in the RFI, because no evaluation shall be carried out in this phase. This makes it clear that the RFI is only about obtaining information, not about evaluating offers. *The document RFI must not be used during the procurement itself. All mandatory requirements from Part 1 - Competition basis must be placed under the category Mandatory requirements. The annexes must be distributed as follows: - Annexes 2, 4, 7 and 9: These annexes are linked to the supplier's proposed solution. Note that Annex 4 may also contain mandatory requirements. - Appendix 2 - question K: This question must always be placed under the category Climate and environment. - Appendix 3: Must be linked to implementation. - Appendix 5: Must always be mandatory requirements. - Appendix 6: Must be linked to prices and costs. - Annex 9: Must also contain mandatory requirements. *This text must be deleted before announcement.
