Cleaning maintenance Description:The assignment concerns the performance of cleaning maintenance. The Contractor will carry out the assignment in accordance with the program of requirements as included in Appendix 1, the price sheet as included in Appendix 4 and the Cleaning Schedules. for GGD as included in Appendix 9. The services include providing regular cleaning at locations of the contracting authority. The cleaning concerns the following types of workspaces: clinics, consultation locations and office locations. The Cleaning also concerns the following types of common areas: canteens, general areas and toilet areas. Refilling sanitary facilities and periodic window cleaning are also part of the assignment. Up to the scope of the assignment includes the following activities: • Daily and periodic cleaning maintenance; • Specialist floor maintenance; • Window cleaning; • Other work (cleaning furniture).
