Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the provision of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for internal surfaces and equipment of facilities included in ArcelorMittal Park, divided into 3 parts, i.e.: PART 1 - Surface cleaning interior and equipment of the Football Stadium; PART 2 - Cleaning the internal surfaces and equipment of the Sosnowiec Arena; PART 3 - Cleaning the interior surfaces and equipment of the Winter Stadium. 2. The ordering party will implement the subject of the order in scope: -basic (guaranteed), -optional, if the option right is exercised. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to SWZ - OPZ. 4. The subject of the order includes maintaining the cleanliness of internal surfaces and equipment of the above-mentioned facilities, the list of which is included in Annexes No. 2b) to the SWZ: "List of areas, part 1"; "List of areas, part 2"; "List of areas, part 3". 5. The subject of the contract under the option law is the provision of a comprehensive service in the scope of cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of internal surfaces and equipment of facilities included in ArcelorMittal Park, in connection with planned sports or cultural and artistic events. As an option, the Ordering Party allows possibility of ordering additional work related to cleaning and maintenance services.
