Metropolitan headquarters and associated administrative premises South sector buildings Buildings in the North-East sector Buildings in the North-West sector Buildings in the Grand-Sud sector This consultation concerns services relating to the cleaning of premises of Grenoble-Alpes Métropole. The purpose of the framework agreement concerns the execution of cleaning services for various premises occupied by Grenoble-Alpes Métropole agents. These are the cleaning services necessary to maintain the appearance and the hygiene of the premises and the preservation of the comfort of the staff and possibly the public received in the various sites. The services defined in the CCTP are divided into 5 lots. This is a framework purchase order agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year from January 1, 2027, or from its date of notification if this occurs after January 1, 2027, renewable for three periods of 1 year under the conditions specified in the CCAP.
