This consultation concerns services relating to the cleaning of Grenoble-Alpes Métropole premises. The purpose of the framework agreement concerns the execution of cleaning services for various premises occupied by Grenoble-Alpes Métropole agents. These are the cleaning services necessary to maintain the appearance and hygiene of the premises and to preserve the comfort of the staff and possibly the public received at the various sites. The services defined in the CCTP are divided into 5 lots. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for an initial period of 1 year from January 1, 2027, or from its date of notification if this occurs after January 1, 2027, renewable for three periods of 1 year under the conditions specified in the CCAP. The services are regulated by unit prices according to the quantities actually executed on the unit price schedule.
