Cleaning duties 2026-2028. Business contract for the external and internal regular cleaning and general cleaning of commercial facilities under the management of BUDAPEST VÁRCSARNOKAI Kft., as well as the performance of other related cleaning services in a period of 24 months. As specified in detail in the Technical Description, which is part of the Public Procurement Document (hereinafter: KD). Commercial establishments managed by BUDAPEST VÁSÁRCSARNOK Kft., such as Market Halls, Markets and Business Centers, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual cleaning, half-yearly general cleaning, daily waste removal, external and internal regular cleaning, major cleaning, as well as the performance of related other cleaning services within the framework of a business contract 24 months over a period of time (planned 91, 260 hours/year) - which includes - the daily cleaning tasks to be carried out at each site (before opening, to be carried out continuously during opening hours, closing), - the general cleaning tasks to be carried out at each site (weekend, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly), - the performance of tasks to be carried out using alpine techniques, and - the individually ordered cleaning tasks - cleaning of sidewalks, road goods transport ramps and gate entrances that adapt to weather conditions Area to be cleaned by location: 1.
