Cleaning contractor area 1 Cleaning contractor area 2 The procurement includes cleaning and associated service of premises in the municipality of Nyköping with a total cleaning area of approximately 105, 000 square meters per tender area. The assignment involves complete responsibility for regular cleaning, periodic cleaning and extra services. The procurement has two tender areas, Area 1 and Area 2. Well-kept properties are important for everyone who stays in the municipality's premises, a well-maintained internal environment is the municipality's face to the outside. All children and young people must have the opportunity to stay in healthy and inspiring indoor environments at school and preschool.
