The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: Annual minimum excluding tax 95, 000.00 euro(s) Annual maximum excluding tax 140, 000.00 euro(s) The amounts will be identical for each renewal period. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning and maintenance services for municipal buildings in the City of Floirac. The services are break down into two main categories: 1. Recurring services, corresponding to regular operations intended to keep the premises clean, hygienic and functional. These services are planned according to a monthly calendar validated by the City and detailed in Appendix 1 of this CCTP. 2.
