Cleaning of the Clichy - La Briche outfall The Clichy - La Briche outfall is a network structure which connects the downstream of the Clichy factory to the downstream of the La Briche factory located in Epinay sur Seine, along the Seine on the right bank. The essential role of The Clichy - La Briche emissary is to limit discharges into the Seine as much as possible. To do this, it has the following 3 functions: - Inter-emissary connection between the two factories of Clichy and La Briche - Transit of Wastewater inputs from the Seine-Saint-Denis: The Wastewater flow from departmental networks passes via the two Ø600 collectors integrated into the C.L.B. - Storage during rainy periods: used as a storage facility for excess effluent from the Clichy factory during rainy. This operation was conditioned for the completion of the CNL rehabilitation work. The cleaning allows the carrying out of a diagnosis in order to ensure the sustainability of the structure according to the acceptable constraints of discharge into the Seine, as well as as the improvement of the hydraulic and aeraulic conditions of the operation. The work must be inspected as part of the good asset management of the DSAR.
