Belgium Netherlands North Sea Port wants a hygienic, healthy and pleasant working environment with a stable, professional cleaning service that is efficient, manageable, flexible and appropriate to the organization and use of the building organized. This means that the contractor acts flexibly and proactively within the contract. North Sea Port wishes to see these objectives reflected in the quotation and future services. This assignment includes: • Daily and periodically cleaning the rooms, contents and related items in accordance with the established cleaning program; • Sanitary supplies; • Possible deployment of a hospitality employee for a fixed number of hours per day; • The specialist floor and surface maintenance on call; • Extraordinary performance / ad hoc tasks on demand.
