Tender Details

The purpose of this public contract is to provide the following services: cleaning, asbestos removal, deconstruction of a former warehouse and its exterior fittings, located at 1, rue de la Plaine d'Ormoy, in the commune of Ormoy (91). The work includes in particular the following services: • Site installations, including fluid and energy connection; • Temporary roads and pathways; • Cleaning; • Deconstruction, including careful removal of identified Products, Equipment and Materials (PEM), as well as as their storage; • Deconstruction of exterior installations and buried networks; • Conservation of networks (EP, telecom), trees and measurement structures; • Management of invasive plants; • Management, traceability and disposal of waste; • Pre-grinding for the preparation of inert rubble for crushing by the designer-director of the bus operational center (off-market); • Restoration of the site and its security.
