8 of the municipalities now want to enter into an agreement on cleaning articles for our locations. We intend to enter into an agreement with one supplier. Participating municipalities are: Kongsberg municipality (including Kongsberg Kommunale Eiendom) Notodden municipality Hjartdal municipality Tinn municipality Rollag municipality Flesberg municipality (Takes office in March 2026) Sigdal municipality Nore and Uvdal municipality. Each municipality must sign its own agreement with the chosen supplier, and is responsible for daily contract follow-up. We want one supplier at this agreement. Delimitation of the agreement: The municipalities currently have their own framework agreements for the supply of office supplies and free school supplies, catering items and medical equipment. The agreement on cleaning articles, paper and plastic does not initially apply to product areas covered by the aforementioned existing framework agreement. Please note, however, that there may be some overlap, particularly within disposable equipment, such as gloves and the like.
