Framework service contract for cleaning tasks and service contract for the performance of park maintenance tasks in indoor and outdoor units managed by Aquaticum Debrecen SPA, operated by the Bidder, in 2 parts. Cleaning tasks supply Quantity: I. Thermal spa building: Bath service area (7134 m2) cleaning Spa treatment area (1400 m2) cleaning Aquaticum Hotel glass surface cleaning, area (70 m2) Thermal spa pool cleaning - Water surface of loading and unloading pools: (670 m2) II. Mediterranean experience spa building: Bath service area (5074 m2) cleaning III. Beach spa buildings: Bath service area (1673 m2) cleaning Beach spa pool cleaning - Water surface of filling and emptying pools: (640 m2) The Beach is seasonal opening and closing times are determined by the operator.
