The subject of the order is the service of cleaning and disinfection of ventilation ducts in TWR Łódź, 94-328 Łódź ul. Gene. Stanisława Maczka 35, including: video inspection, mechanical cleaning of ventilation ducts and system components, disinfection of the ventilation duct space, disinfection of intake and exhaust vents at the ventilation units, re- inspection to check the quality of cleaning and disinfection performed, adjustment and commissioning of the ventilation system. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after an on-site visit (detailed information in the SWZ and on the Platform). Subject of the order will be performed from the date of conclusion of the contract to May 31, 2028. Detailed deadlines for the performance of the cleaning and disinfection service are indicated in the IPU. Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure may apply for the contract regarding1.4.technical or professional capacity.
