This framework agreement concerns the cleaning and hygiene services of the interior parts of the various premises (administrative and school) of the heritage of the city of Corbeil-Essonnes, the maintenance of glass surfaces, the treatment of household waste (Sort), the supply of consumables of hygiene.The market is divided into sections: a firm tranche (cleaning of the education sector and outside education which includes the other buildings and the social sector) and two optional optional-tranche sections 1: Cleaning of the Municipal Technical Service (STM) upon receipt of the work Provisional period of September 2026. Optional-tranche 2: Cleaning of the marquee Magic Mirror, upon receipt of the work at the provisional period of September/October 2025.The services will take place according to the phasing and the planning established in accordance between the city of Corbeil-Essonnes and the service provider and according to the programmed occasional requests. It belongs to the service provider to assess the importance of the task and to propose thanks to his professional knowledge, the modifications which are necessary to obtain a correct realization of the operation in accordance with Objectives of the City of Corbeil-Essonnes.
