CLEA - Earthworks for the construction of a pipeline of approximately 1.2 km - Nantes Pipes for the creation of a pre-insulated steel pipeline of approximately 1.2km -Nantes NANTES MÉTROPOLE has entrusted the Dalkia company with the delegation of public service (D.S.P) of the heat network called Bellevue Chantenay. As such, the Dalkia company created a dedicated company, called CLEA, which since its creation has taken over the DSP and therefore all the rights and obligations linked to the RCU. CLEA is therefore master of work for carrying out work related to the construction of the RCU. CLÉA then entrusted the Dalkia company with the execution and monitoring of all the work linked to the construction of the RCU; Dalkia therefore became the project owner by substitution. THE work consists of replacing existing fiberglass pipes (abandoned) and replacing them with pre-insulated pipes, these will supply 12 to 17 subscribers (depending on the options) in the Dervallières and Vallon district Dervallières. Ce lot porte sur tous les travaux de terrassements, remblaiement, compactage, réfection de voirie /espace verts/cheminement piétons/ VRD et génie civil nécessaires aux ouvrages du lot n°2.
