description of work:
the department of foreign affairs, trade and development (dfatd) has identified a requirement for three (3) organizational design and classification consultants with a secret security level to provide job descriptions writing support to dfatd`s organization and classification division (hsoe) by conducting data analysis and relativity studies, facilitating working groups, chairing classification committees and developing suites of standardized job descriptions. The work will support the different initiatives coming from the treasury board secretariat (tbs) and will allow the department to be prepared for the coming conversions as well as to be in compliance with the tbs policy and directives on classification.
