Civil preparedness The municipality needs access to qualified and need-based expert support in the area of crisis preparedness and civil defense. The assignment includes support for the municipality's work in developing and strengthening the ability to prevent, resist and manage social disturbances including extraordinary events and heightened preparedness. It may include support in risk and vulnerability analyses, continuity management, development of working methods and routines for handling social disturbances, plans and governing documents, training and practice, cooperation with internal and external actors and efforts within the framework of the municipality's responsibility in civil defense. The assignment is called every hour as needed. The customer does not guarantee any volumes during the contract period. Contract period The contract period is from 2026-09-01 to 2028-08-31. If the client does not terminate the agreement no later than three (3) months before the agreement expires, the agreement is automatically extended to 2029-08-31 and 2030-08-31.
