Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is civil liability insurance, property insurance and motor insurance of SPWSZ in Szczecin, covering 2 tasks:

Task No. 1 - Civil liability insurance of the Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Szczecin, including:

1) compulsory civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activities,

2) civil liability insurance for the business activity and property held;

Task No. 2 - Property insurance and motor insurance of the Independent Public Provincial Office Complex Hospital in Szczecin, including:

1) property insurance against all risks,

2) electronic equipment insurance against all risks,

3) insurance of machines and devices against failure,

4) motor insurance: third party liability insurance, accident insurance, AC insurance, ASS insurance.

2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contracts, constituting Annex No. 4A and/or 4B to the SWZ, and in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

3. The description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

4. The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the territory of the Republic of Poland Polish.
