1. The subject of the order is civil liability insurance, property insurance and motor insurance of SPWSZ in Szczecin.
2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 4A and/or 4B to the SWZ and in the description of thethe subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
3. On-site visit: The Ordering Party does not provide for a mandatory on-site visit. However, the Ordering Party allows an inspection of the area related to the provision of services as part of the performance of the subject of the order:
1) on November 14, 2023 at 10:00 - for the location Arkońska 4. The meeting begins in the Technical Department of the Ordering Party, in the "W" building (entrance from ul. Broniewskiego),
2) on November 14, 2023 at 12:00 - for the location of A. Sokołowski 11. Beginning of the meeting in the Technical Department of the Ordering Party, staircase 11E, room BMS at ul. Juiceołowskiego 11 (Szczecin-Zdunowo).
