Dalkia was awarded a concession contract for the extension and renovation of the Nice-Est Urban Heat Network which took effect on September 12, 2021. This concession includes the operation and maintenance of the public heat production network. transport and distribution of heat and associated cold production on the Nice Est Perimeter. This contract was transferred to the company Energies Nouvelles de Nice, on behalf of which Dalkia is responsible for the design and execution of the work. as part of a Real Estate Development contract referred to in articles 1831-1 et seq. of the Civil Code. This network is powered by waste heat from the Waste Incineration Unit of the city of Nice and currently supplies heating and hot water health care around a hundred subscribers of all types (housing, cultural, clinic, university hospital, offices, teaching, etc.). The objective of the project is the creation of the heat network. The planned network extends over approximately 35 ml of trench to serve the 3rd branch d Ariane Sud.
