ORIGINAL SIR:
SET-ASIDE: This Procurement is a 100% set aside for TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS Interest. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 541930 Translation and Interpretation Services. The business size standard for this NAICS is $20 million. All Offerors must be registered in SAM. WWW.SAM.GOV with NAICS Code 541930.
OVERVIEW: The FAA contemplates an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in the Translation and Interpretation Services (NAICS 641930 Size Standard $20M). Contract performance period is contemplated at a 1-year base performance period and (4) four one-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. IDIQ Task orders will be placed against the contract to fund projects throughout the year. Task Orders issued under this multiple award IDIQ contract can range from $2, 500 to $50, 000 each. It is estimated that over $140, 000.00 in task orders will be issued over the course of the entire contract period to include all option years.

NOTICE: Your attention is directed to Sections L and M of SIR/RFO 6973GH-23-R-00044 for instructions for preparation and format for submission of proposals. Offerors are required to provide Past Performance Surveys to customers/clients who are familiar with the work demonstrated through previous or ongoing contracts of a similar nature.
