City of Prince George (the “City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to conduct a condition assessment of approx. 200, 000 ft2 plus per year of civic buildings. The condition assessment methodology must adhere to the City-s asset management software, BUILDER Sustainment Management System, and results must be entered into that system by the Consultant. The Consultant-s team of condition assessors and the Project Lead must be professionally qualified, such as Professional Engineers, Engineers in Training, or Applied Science Technologists in mechanical, structural, and electrical disciplines.
