The City of Prince Rupert ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified proponents ("Proponents") in response to this request for proposals ("RFP") for the provision of Services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for the replacement of a half-ton pickup truck (the "Project").
Submission and acceptance of proposals is contingent upon budgetary approval. The City of Prince Rupert reserves the right to accept or reject proposals based on approved budget constraints. Vendors will be notified upon successful budget approval, and adjustments may be negotiated. No binding contract exists until budget approval.
