We request your offer for city models of the city of Tampere, the city of Nokia and the municipalities of Pirkkala. Urban models include 3D models of buildings, modeling of ground, water and bridges.
The acquisition is related to previous tendering H24046TP (announcement Hilma: 2025-019003) Laser sculpture, aerial photography and city modeling services, where, according to the acquisition decision H24046p 7.3.2025, the area of urban modeling was suspended and reported to be re-tendered.
The acquisition will be carried out as a joint acquisition to which they participate Tampereen Infra Oy, the City of Nokia and the municipality of Pirkkala. Tampereen Infra Oy acts as a contract partner in the acquisition and deals with the procurement obligations with the selected service provider. Tampereen Infra Oy makes a procurement decision and an agreement.
Making sub -deals does not not allowed. This means that the tenderer should offer at all points. Parallel and alternative offers are not allowed.
This is a service acquisition exceeding the EU threshold, the estimated total value of which is approximately € 350, 000 (VAT 0 %), taking into account H24046TP. The estimated share of urban modeling is approximately EUR 100, 000. The estimate does not bind the subscriber. The procurement procedure is an open procedure in accordance with Article 32 of the Procurement Act. JYSE 2014 Services (April 2022 update) are subject to the additional terms of the acquisition.
