This project involves converting an unfinished section of the building into fully functional, ADA-compliant office and service space, including restrooms, kitchenette, HVAC, and other infrastructure improvements.The selected firm will be responsible for construction of all requested improvements. The City is committed to selecting a partner that can deliver a high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient solution aligned with community values. The available budget for this project is $300, 000.Please note that if you attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting for Project ID RFP-2026-01 on December 3, 2025, you are NOT required to attend the new pre-bid meeting and you will be considered eligible to bid for this solicitation.
