The City currently uses Managed Network Services to support The City-s campus, office, and data center network connectivity needs. The City is seeking proposals from Proponents who can provide a managed network service consisting of Internet Gateways, Virtual Private Lan Services and related services to 90+ locations within Calgary and surrounding city limits.The Proponent will be responsible to provide:•Financially responsible and sustainable Internet services to the City of Calgary and surrounding area•An account manager to liaison with The City and ensure program deliverables•Technical Assistance Center (TAC), Network Operations Center (NOC) or equivalent access for supportSee Appendix F for more details on Deliverables
