Guaranteed extension of support, service services and license coverage for the building infrastructure of two Citrix NetScaler ADC 15030-50G application controllers, operating in high availability mode (HA pr). Extension of the period of support and validity of licenses in the period from September 1, 2026 to 30/11/2026. Scope of required licenses and support The supplier shall ensure the activation/renewal of the following services of the manufacturer: 1. Netscaler RMA Renewal for 15030-50G The RMA Renewal service request must include: 247 technical support (by phone, website, e-mail) Hardware support manufacturer, including advanced hardware replacement according to the manufacturer's conditions Access to technical support of the manufacturer (TAC) First for firmware and software updates Access to technical documentation and knowledge base Possibility of escalating the incident on the worker 2. Netscaler SDX Fixed Term Software Premium 15120-50G The required Software Premium license must include: A full-fledged software license for the SDX platform Premium feature set These are licenses: 2x 15030-50G, sn: N22A9D6WMP and N280ZD6WM1. ASSUMPTED VALUE IS VALUE MAXIMAL AND UNBENDABLE. THE PRICE MUST INCLUDE THE DETAILED PRICE FOR SUPPORT AND THE PRICE FOR A FREE LICENSE.
