I. Description of Requirement
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement to procure the following:

QTY: (30) - 6002996 - Citrix for Private Cloud TRUSTED PRODUCT
QTY: (2) - 6000426 - ADC VPX-FIPS Software Subs (Fixed Model) Premium 5Gbps** TRUSTED PRODUCT
QTY: (30) - 6003000 - Citrix US 24/7 Support TRUSTED PRODUCT
The Government intends to procure the above items under a limited competition between Citrix Systems, Inc., (CAGE: 1M1D6) and their authorized distributors. These items will be procured for the Prototype, Manufacturing, and Test Division (PMTD), Lakehurst, New Jersey through a Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance with the attached CLIN Structure. The Government intends to procure the above items through a total small business set-aside. Delivery shall be made to the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ.
The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
The period of performance for this effort is anticipated to be 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026. This is subject to change. However, the period of performance will reflect approximately twelve (12) months from the date of contract award. Any period of performance proposed that is shorter than twelve (12) months, and/or proposes a start date prior to the date of contract award, will be considered ineligible for award.
