CIIR system operation and development 2026 Operation and development of the CIIR (Civil Integrated Information System) for 36 months for OBH in 2026. CIIR central and external communication module, as well as operation of the National Directory Application. THE the total number of active users of the system is currently 657 (439 court users; 218 prosecution users). The tenderer is responsible for the full operation of the systems and related interfaces listed above, and handling problems reported by users and customers, performing application system administrator tasks, ensuring operational continuity for the Bidder. Operational tasks: Continuous provision of operational services - Introduction to operation service - Availability and capacity management: Expected degree of availability of components, in percentage (on a monthly basis): 99.5% (7 days a week/ 24 hours a day). The availability of the test system is expected rate during working hours, per month, as a percentage of 90%. - The TMK (planned preventive maintenance): maximum time during working hours: 4 hours, outside working hours (on working days): 12 hours, outside working hours (on public holidays): 24 hours.
