1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Leyte 4th District Engineering Office, Ormoc City, through the PDE FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Two Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Two and 26/100 (₱ 10, 237, 222.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26CSIF0002: Geotechnical Exploration of the Proposed Projects within the Leyte 4th District Engineering Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
