Consuegra, Leyte, Leyte through the 20% BDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (₱460, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase 2), Consuegra Elementary School, Brgy. Consuegra, Leyte, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
