1. The DPWH Samar 1st District Engineering Office, through SUB-ALLOTMENT ADVICE No. SR2025-02-006181 issued on February 21, 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2, 700, 000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of 450 pails ready mix asphalt cold mix under Contract ID No. 25GIJ011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH Samar 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply/Delivery of the Goods is required to start within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
