- The General Objectives of this consultancy are as follows: Contribute to the content of the Mitigation Sectionreduce greenhouse gas emissions and / or increase absorptions by sinks. Support the efforts of institutions to collect, systematize and present documents and information on activities and projects to reduce emissions by sector (ie, Energy, Industrial Processes and Use of Products, AFOLU and Residues) and other data relievesnte, as indicated in the guidelines of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), good practices in accounting for emissions, and transparency frameworks in relation to the categories / subcategories of the INGEI and the Measurement System, Report and Mitigation Verification (MRV). These documents will be considered an integral partof the proposal.
