Define a set of indicators that can be measured in the Dominican context to monitor the progress of the Sustainable Production and Consumption Action plans and document the progress in achieving the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals and their impact at the national level in the matter II-2. The consultant is required to perform the following actionsVities: Analyze and understand the content of priorities set out in the Sustainable Production and Consumption roadmap and assess the set of indicators proposed for monitoring under the criteria of SMART (Specific (specific), Measurable (measurable), Achievable (realizable), Realistic (realistic) and Time-Bound (limited in time) .Analyze the existing gapbetween the set of proposed indicators and the SDG indicators associated with the specific agenda goals prioritized by the country. Collect existing information from other indicators on the topics covered by the road map in administrative records, data from primary sources, surveys or censuses, among others, that can improve the quality of monitoringof the road map and become alternative indicators. Evaluate the possibility that prioritized indicators may constitute or be part of a systematic indicator board, to be monitored at different scales, reflecting the level of progress and challenges posed on the sheet of route, and that allow to discriminate different time scales, geographic and hierarchy levels within the framework of a chain of results. Consider in this assessment criteria of periodicity, frequency, feasibility of measurement, costs associated with its measurement, geographic, institutional representativeness.
