The specific objective of the intervention Make proposals for associative links between the selected municipalities and the institutions of decentralized cooperation whose strategic planning frameworks meet the needs and challenges identified at the territorial level, in order to promote the channeling of resources towards these territorys through interventions and specific cooperation actions, through development projects. For this, the following activities will be carried out: Identify potential international allies in decentralized cooperation, based on their corporate strategies and planning instruments, which have a marked and priority interest in deploying andcooperation efforts in financing local initiatives that fit theirinstitutional profiles. Formulate project documents that meet the institutional criteria and the needs and challenges identified as priorities, in the territorial alliances signed between municipalities and decentralized cooperation institutions.Applicants must send the required documentation to verify compliance with the selection criteria, PREFERIBLY electronicallyto the Procurement Unit`s mail: acquisiciones.do@undp.org, or it may be deposited in a sealed envelope, identifying the project that carries out the call within the announced period, in any of the following dAddresses, no later than 2:30 p.m. FRIDAY 06 SEPTEMBER 2019; In hard copy: House of the United Nations, Av.
