The specific objective of the intervention is to articulate and formalize territorial alliances between the selected municipalities and the institutions of decentralized cooperation whose strategic planning frameworks meet the needs and challenges identified at the territorial level, in order to promote the realization of projects of development and canelization of resources at territorial level. For this, the following activities will be carried out: Identify bases that allow the knowledge, understanding and understanding of the territorial realities identified at territorial level, with the strategic priorities of the preselected potential donors. Establish contact with at least 30 cooper entitiesDecentralized action, interestedin cooperating with the DR. Carrying out virtual meetings, as well as two international missions that allow the presentation of common thematic and transversal initiatives in the regional and provincial dimension to the actors of decentralized cooperation. Support in the formulation and implementation of documents of projects whose realizationSuccessful is the objectof the agreements.
