2.1 General Objective Promote the inclusion and non-discrimination of LGBTI persons in the Dominican Republic. 2.2 Specific objectives O.E 1: Educate and raise awareness about ways to create an inclusive workplace for LGBT.O.E 2 people: Raise awareness about people INTERSEX.O.E 3: Facilitate logistic arrangements for the production and launch of videos.O.E 4: Supervise the execution and concretion of the different phases for the elaboration of the videos. & Lt; 5: Reflect on all products, ethnic-racial diversity, gender, territoriality, age, identities and gender expressions.
