Contractor is required to include the cost of all labor, equipment (including brooms, buffers, mops, etc.), transportation, materials, supplies(including cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products including 2-ply toilet paper, trashcan liners, consumables, etc.), operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and other items required to perform all work for janitorial services as per thefollowing Scope of Work.
