The Agency for ensuring the minimum limit for 2025 valid from 1 July 2025 plans to implement a public procurement for the selection of recognized recognized oil and petroleum products pursuant to § 8 par. 2 of Act no. 218/2013 Coll. on emergency supply of oil and petroleum products and on the solution of the conditionoil emergency and on amendments to certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act 218/2013 Coll.").
