Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all monthly and annual maintenance requirements of the liquid gas chlorine feed system at the Water Treatment Plant. The service shall also include the annual calibration of multiple flow meters and monthly verification of calibrations at both the Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Plants, as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall also provide up to six emergency services for any malfunction or failure of the equipment listed in Technical Exhibit 4. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
The contractor will specialize in design, maintenance, and installation of Regal liquid gas chlorinator systems, Hydro chlorine gas leak detection systems, and Endress-Hauser flow meters. Work will be performed at the Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants, Area C, Fort Detrick, Maryland.
