As part of the new building, the Center Hospitalier de Luxembourg intends to procure several ceiling-hung operating/examination lights (including transformers/substructures/interface plates) in accordance with the procurement procedure "Book II Competitive Dialogue in the Negotiated Procedure (Loi, Art. 63 and 67)".
