JSC Motor Sich Food Processing Plant announces a request for price offers for the purpose of concluding a contract for the supply of chips (cod) for smoking in sausage production. The supplier must supply the Product, the quality of which meets the conditions established by the legislation of Ukraine for this category of Goods. The technical and quality characteristics of the Product must comply with regulatory acts (state standards / (conditions) / technical regulations / norms), the requirements of the current sanitary legislation of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine On the basic principles and requirements for the safety and quality of food products dated 23.12.1997 No. 771/97-ВР, etc. The labeling of goods must comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine On information for consumers regarding food products. Each batch of goods must be separately packaged in accordance with the Customer's application and have accompanying documents confirming the quality of the product (a copy of the quality certificate or the manufacturer's declaration) indicating the expiration date, storage conditions and temperature regime. The term of delivery of each batch, its range and quantity are determined in the Customer's application. Before the start of delivery, the Supplier is obliged to provide samples of the proposed products for evaluation of their quality. Delivery address: Zaporizhzhia, str. Motor builders, bldg. 15.
