Hernando County is seeking a qualified individual or organization to serve as the steward and property manager for the retreat conference center and cabin facilities located at Chinsegut Hill Retreat and Conference Center. This will include the Chinsegut Hill Conference Center, Dining Hall, Classroom, Caretaker-s House, Cottages, and related facilities (support buildings, etc.) The selected party will be responsible for overseeing the care, preservation, and daily operations of the property, including managing reservations, coordinating public access and events.
