Tenders are invited for China United Heavy Gas Turbine Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter Referred to as the "Tenderer") Intends to Build a 100mw-Class Compressor Test Bench at its Heavy-Duty Gas Turbine Test and Verification Base Located in Lingang, Shanghai (Hereinafter Referred to as the "Test Base"). It is an Important Platform for Machine Key Technology and Component-Level Engineering Verification. The Test Bench is Constructed in Two Phases: The First Phase of the Project has been Implemented, And a 50mw Compressor Test Bench has been Built in the Test Base; the Second Phase of the Project is to be Implemented. On the Basis of the First Phase of the Test Bench, Based on the Test Base Environment, Supporting Facilities and Plant Conditions, The Transmission System, Electrical System, Control System, Etc. Will be Upgraded and Expanded Accordingly, And Expanded to a 100mw Level Test Bench, Namely the Construction Goal of this Project. This Project is a General Contracting Project, And the Bidder shall Implement a Complete Set of General Contracting Project Activities in the Project, Including Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Acceptance and Related Support and Training, In Order to Achieve the Construction Goal of this Project, Service and Review Work. Under the Conditions of the Lump-Sum Contract, The Bidder shall be Responsible for the Safety, Quality, Environment, Schedule, Cost, Technology and Integrity of the Project.
