Technical task for the supply of the cold supply system of the technological process (chiller + dry cooler) 1. General provisions - Purpose: Providing the technological process of the enterprise with stable cold supply, taking into account the peak summer temperatures.- Required cooling capacity: At least 600 kW (under nominal conditions). The actual heat load of production is 431.6 kW. The presence of a power reserve is a mandatory requirement to compensate for the drop in productivity in the summer period.- Type of system: Water-water chiller of internal installation with an external dry cooler. Free cooling mode (Free Cooling) is not provided. 2. Requirements for a water-to-water chiller (Eraco EWW 6402 or equivalent) The equipment must meet the following minimum technical criteria:- Type of compressors: Semi-hermetic screw (Semi-Hermetic Screw). Offers based on sealed spiral (Scroll) compressors are not considered - Brand of compressors: FRASCOLD, Bitzer, Hanbell or equivalent of industrial class. - Quantity compressors: 2 pcs.- Performance regulation: Smooth / Stepless for maximum energy efficiency when working at partial load.- Evaporator heat exchanger (Water cooling): Shell & Tube.- Condenser heat exchanger (Glycol cooling): Shell & Tube.- Energy efficiency: Seasonal coefficient (SEPR) not lower than 5.5. EER at full load is not lower than 4.0.3. Requirements for a dry cooler / Drycooler (Eraco ER FCV 750 or equivalent) - Estimated thermal power: According to the selected chiller.- Estimated outside air temperature: The equipment must be guaranteed to remove condensation heat at an ambient temperature of +35°C.- Heat exchanger type: Microchannel (Microchannel) with aluminum finning (Al) to reduce the weight and volume of coolant filling. 4.
