- The subject of the public contract is the construction work of the existing building with a conversion to the class of a children's group with a capacity of 12 children with facilities. The entrance to the building is existing, barrier -free. The space for the children's group is located on the 1st floor in the place of the current municipal office. In the entire area of ​​the area in the 1st floorThe floor will be demolished and a new composition with proper insulation will be made. Central space - stay room of children - playroom/bedroom/dining room will create existing partitions and walls. The playroom is oriented to the southern direction and is connected by newly demolished French windows with a private terrace in the courtyard.On the terrace there will be a built -in sandpit and a solitary tree.
