Children's center Štěpánek The subject of the competition is the design of a new building for a children's hospice, which will expand the existing St. Stephen's Hospice with a new palliative care service in the field of children's palliative medicine. The purpose of the competition is to select and award the most suitable proposal - a solution to the subject of the competition that meets the requirements of the contracting authority contained in these competition conditions and in the competition documents. The purpose of the competition is, through the awarding of prizes, to select participants with whom there will be negotiations without publication in accordance with § 143 para. 2 and § 65 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "JŘBU"), the contracting authority negotiates the award of a subsequent contract, as described in these terms and conditions.
