(MCF) invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the complete renovation of the Mi'kmaw Childcare Centre located at:1 Washington Drive, Stephenville, NLThe successful contractor will provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, permits (where applicable), and services required to complete the project in accordance with the issued construction drawings and applicable codes.2. PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe project consists of the renovation and conversion of an existing office space into a licensed childcare centre including, but not limited to: Interior demolition New partitions Fire separation wall Flooring Doors and hardware Windows Millwork Accessible washrooms Kitchen installation Ceiling systems Painting Mechanical systems Plumbing HVAC Electrical Lighting Fire alarm rough-in Exterior accessibility improvements Concrete entrance ramps Accessible parking Privacy fencing Outdoor play area preparation Final commissioning CleanupThe project shall be completed in accordance with the issued architectural and electrical drawings.3.
